Short and gangly humanoids with odd shaped eyes and pointed ears.  The beings have no pupils and very pale skin.  They see themselves above other races and look down on the other races.

Elves are nimble and quick.

Age: Elves reach adulthood around the year 100 and live for an average of 1,000 years.

Alignment:  Elves tend to lead to being more chaotic from the fey blood in their veins.  They love freedom and most laws don't really seem to apply towards them as they do what they want.  They do lean more towards good than neutral for the most part.

Size: Elves stand just under 4 feet tall and weight between 70-100lbs.  You count as Medium Size.

Speed:  Your base speed is 30 feet.  

Low light vision: Elves can see in moonlight as well as a human can during the day.  They still cannot see in pitch darkness.

Keen Senses: You have proficiency in the Perception skill.

Fey Ancestry: You gain advantage on saves against being charmed, and magic cannot put you to sleep.  Additionally, you have the subtype of fey and would detect as such.

Trance: You only have to rest for 4 hours and remain semiconscious during this time.

Elf Weapon Training: You have proficiency with the longsword, shortsword, shortbow, and longbow.

Languages: You can speak, read, and write Common and Elvish. Elvish is wordy and poetic in rhythm.

Subraces: Two main subraces of elves populate the world of Mystic. Wood Elves, and Gutter Runners.

Gutter Runners
These are elves that have made their homes in cities.  They are called this by everyone who is not an elf because most of them avoid those they don't know and can be found hiding and fleeing from conflict.
Ability Score Increase your Dexterity increases by 1.
Easily Frightened: You have disadvantage on saves vs fear effects.
Studied: You get one cantrip of your choice that uses your intelligence as your spellcasting ability for it.

Wood Elves
Your people are from tribes in the forest.  Hardened by hunting and foraging in the woods.
Ability Score increase: your Wisdom is increased by 1.
Fleet of Foot: Your base walking speed increases to 35 feet.
Mask of the Wild: You can attempt to hide even when you are only lightly obscured by foliage, heavy rain, falling snow, mist, and other natural phenomena.
